A couple of years ago I was in a dark place. I joined the gym just to do something positive for myself. At the time, my goal was to actually gain weight and get my appetite back. Little did I know, working out would become my saving grace. I was going to the gym almost every day and I loved it. I got into such a habit of going that it wasn’t even a thought or a question, it was just part of my routine! Not only did I physically transform but mentally too.
